Community Partners of South Florida (CPSFL) is a team of over 240 behavioral/mental health, housing, and community development professionals all working together to change the odds for children and families facing social, emotional, and financial adversity. CPSFL is a learning organization that prides itself on the personal and professional growth of our staff.

Our full-time positions offer great benefits such as paid vacation, personal, sick, and holiday time including a paid week off from Christmas to New Year’s. CPSFL employees also receive company-subsidized medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, and disability insurance.

At CPSFL, our mission is reflected in the daily promise our staff members make to every client:

The CPSFL Promise

I will do everything in my power to help create a relationship between us that is safe, supportive and respectful.

I will value your voice without judgment.

I promise to be reliable, to be present with you, and to never allow you to fall through the cracks.

You already have great strength, so I am not here to “fix” you.

Together we will learn from each other, and we use your experiences and strengths so that you can help yourself improve your life and meet your goals.

At the end of our time together, you will be better off as a result of our partnership.

"I don’t think that there is an agency in Palm Beach County that values its employees so much.

-Jose, Wraparound Facilitator, May 2023

Proud to be a part of this organization!

- Emily, Advancement Program Coordinator, May 2023

This is a special place; a great place to work with a mission worth working for. I am happy here.”

- Natalie, Director of Financial Services, May 2023

“I have worked in social services for almost thirty years, and in that time, I have worked for six or seven organizations. CPSFL is the most professionally run organization out of them all. I especially respect how the organization is constantly working to improve both services to clients and work experience for staff.”

- Anthony, Wraparound Facilitator, May 2023
